2.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraudulent activity or pricing errors are suspected.

2.4 Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit and are subject to additional processing time.

3. PAYMENTS

3.2 All payments must be made in full before an order is processed and shipped.

4.3 SolaSoles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the courier service marks them as delivered.

4.4 Any claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the package, accompanied by photographic evidence.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

5.1 Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective.

5.2 If you receive a defective item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear images and details of the issue.

5.3 Refunds are issued only in cases of severe defects that cannot be rectified with a replacement or repair.

5.4 Custom-made and sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1 All designs, logos, content, and images on the SolaSoles website and social media platforms are the intellectual property of SolaSoles and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without explicit permission. 6.2 Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will result in legal action.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1 SolaSoles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. 7.2 We are not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities resulting from the materials used in our footwear. 7.3 Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing information. We are not liable for orders placed with incorrect size details.

8.1 In the event of any dispute, we encourage amicable resolution through direct communication. 8.2 If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
